Chapter 1 - Developing Your Bottom Lines

  • Objective: This chapter will help you identify and label the compulsive sexual behaviors that you no longer wish to take part in. 

Chapter 2 - What Is Addiction

  • Objective: This chapter will help you understand how a behavior can be an addiction. 

Chapter 3 - Sex, Porn & Addiction

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn why addiction is something that shows up in every culture. 

Chapter 4 - The Rise of Pornography Addiction

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn about the rise of porn addiction, and exam your own history with pornography. 

Chapter 5 - Triggers 

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to understand what your triggers are, how they impact your recovery, and how to plan to overcome them. 

Chapter 6 - What is Going on Inside the Brain

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn some basic concepts of what is happening in the brain during addiction. 

Chapter 7 - Withdraw Symptoms

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will understand the nature of withdraw symptoms and how to start to work through withdraw symptoms. 

Chapter 8 - Relationship Trauma

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn the concept of relationship trauma, and how your addictive behaviors have created trauma in your relationship. 

Chapter 9 - Relationship Cycle

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to see the pattern or cycle that happens in your relationship, and how to begin to find better ways to connect. 

Chapter 10- Developing Self-Care Safety Net Activities

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to develop a daily action plan on how to find mindful actives that will keep you in recovery. 

Chapter 11 - Parachute Kit

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will complete many actives that are focused on developing a way to maintain sobriety. 

Chapter 12 - Recovery Essentials 

  • Objective - In this chapter, you are going to work through journal prompts that will help you start to check in with yourself. 

Chapter 14 - What Is Recovery 

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will review what you have learned so far, and what recovery is for yourself, along with a timeline of what recovery will look like. 

Chapter 15 - Family

  • Objective: In this chapter, you start to look at how your past and family has influenced your addictive behavior. 

Chapter 16 - Attachment

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn about what attachment is and why it is vital in connecting with others. 

Chapter 17 - Checking In

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn how to start to check in with your romantic partner or an accountability partner to drive connection. 

Chapter 18 - Denial

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to understand what role denial play’s in your life. 

Chapter 19 - Emotions

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to learn and think about emotions from a new healthy perspective. 

Chapter 20 - Rebuilding Trust

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will learn what it takes to rebuild trust 

Chapter 21 - Myths You Believe

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to look at what myths you believe and how it has affected your addiction and ascots of your life.  

Chapter 22 - Empathy

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to explore what empathy is for you and how to improve your empathy towards others. 

Chapter 23 - What Is Lust

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will start to look at what healthy sexuality is and why it is an integral part of recovery to develop healthy sexuality. 

Chapter 24 - On Going Recovery 

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will review the essential concepts from this course. 

Chapter 25 - The Next Step 

  • Objective: In this chapter, you will get to see the next course in this recovery program and how they can be helpful for you.
